Waitlist privacy policy
What we collect
Your email, first name (optional) and your form answers: what you train, HYROX experience, next race, division, how you heard about us, which gym benefit apps you use (such as Wellhub or TotalPass) and your phone type. We also record the page language, the approximate country of the connection, the device type (phone or computer) and the link source (for example, utm_source). We do not store your IP address.
Why
To tell you when we launch, unlock your free first month, and understand who will use the app so we build it better. Content about the method is sent only if you tick that box.
Where
Data is stored with Cloudflare (hosting and database), which may process it outside your country. We never sell or share your data for advertising.
How long
Up to 12 months after launch, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.
Your rights
Under Brazil’s LGPD and the GDPR you can request access, correction or deletion at any time by writing to privacidade@bimotor.app. We reply within 15 days.
